Split 1999 presents an uploaded QR image and payment details on a shareable page. It does not process or independently verify payments.

Information collected and why

We store the uploaded QR image, amount, optional merchant name and description, session ID, and timestamps to create and display a payment page. Request IP addresses may be handled in memory for rate limiting. Do not upload sensitive personal information.

QR images and payment sessions

We validate image type, size, dimensions, integrity, and QR presence. The original image bytes are stored and served on the matching page without changing encoded payment data. Payment pages expire after 30 days. The app does not receive payment credentials or confirmations.

Retention and security

Session records and QR files remain in storage until removed by the operator; expiration hides the page but does not delete files. Operators should configure private durable storage, backups, and a deletion schedule. Reasonable technical protections are applied, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Hosting providers may process technical data.

Your choices

You may stop sharing a payment link and request access, correction, or deletion by contacting the operator. Requests are handled subject to applicable law.
